Hoya carnosa variegata ‘Tricolor’
Hoyas are hot and we have them! This variegated beauty is hard to find. It likes it bright and hot so place it in a sunny window.
Everything you love about the classic Hoya carnosa, but with thick waxy leaves lined in white and pink, in addition to the green. Occasionally, this Hoya will have stems of bright pink and will shoot out solid white leaves. A stunner. The flower clusters smell heavenly
Grow your easy-care hoya in bright light. It tolerates low and medium light, but doesn't typically bloom in these conditions. Like most flowering houseplants, the more light hoya gets, the more flowers it will produce.
Water hoya when the potting mix dries out. Don't worry if you forget to water it once or twice -- this houseplant doesn't mind. Its thick leaves and stems help the plant store water for times just like that. Do take care not to overwater it; hoya would rather be too dry than too wet and can suffer from root rot if the soil stays wet for extended periods.
