Process: Your order will ship within 7 days of your order. We send packages out on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday only to prevent you order from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
On rare occasions we have to delay shipping due to severe weather forecasts in your area or ours. Although these types of delays are rare, we try to keep you informed. The health of your plants is our highest concern. We make every effort to ensure that your plants arrive in the same top quality condition they were in when they were packed. However, please note that we have no control over the manner in which the shipper handles the plants.
After you submit your order and the checkout process is completed, your order is removed from inventory and your credit card is charged immediately. Customer agrees that their order will be delivered without requiring a signature. Our carrier will leave the package(s) unsupervised unless other arrangements are made with us by the customer.
3 Day Rule
It's rare that a problem occurs but it can happen. If your plant arrives in less than healthy condition (not including damages from shipping carrier- see "Shipping Damages" section for more details), you must notify us within 3 days so that we can assess the problem and try to save the plant. We can also note your order for future reference in case a complication arises. A photo of the problem is required for any claim. Should we determine your plant isn’t salvageable we will replace it right away. Send all notifications and inquiries to email@example.com
If you report a problem within 3 days of plant delivery, Full Bloom Nursery will note the reported problem in your account and we will offer a 100% store credit on the purchase price of the dead plant(s) should it perish within 45 days of the initial delivery. Store credits will expire 1-year after the issue date.
We cannot guarantee that your plants will survive Mother Nature, hungry animals, plants shipped out of recommended zones, human damage, extreme weather damage, overwatering, drought, insects, disease or poor soil conditions. Plants are living organisms that can die from hundreds of different causes beyond our control. We guarantee our plants are healthy when they leave our nursery. We go to great lengths to build mutual trust with our customers and guarantee that any plant we send out doesn't have any health problems. On rare occasions, some of the leaves on a plant may look burnt or be black. Damaged leaves are not covered under this warranty. This is a cosmetic issue that does not affect the health of the plant. It's a natural way that plants protect themselves when exposed to heat or darkness from shipping. Just trim off any yellow or dead, dried leaves and new foliage will start growing.
